Who we are
Clean Space UK is a domestic cleaning business operating across Cheshire, Chester and Ellesmere Port. Contact us at hello@cleanspace.uk with any privacy question.
What we collect
Only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, address/postcode, notes about your property, and payment records after a clean. No card details are stored.
Why we collect it
To confirm and deliver bookings, dispatch the right cleaner, message on arrival, and keep an accurate record of completed jobs and payments.
Lawful basis
We rely on 'legitimate interest' for booking delivery and 'contract' for fulfilling agreed cleans. Marketing (if any) relies on 'consent' which you can withdraw anytime.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may share necessary details with the assigned cleaner and with card-processor Stripe/SumUp when you choose to pay by card.
Storage & retention
Booking records are kept for 6 years for accounting/tax purposes as required by HMRC. Contact us to delete anything not legally required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. Email hello@cleanspace.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
